what an exceptional treasure to be at this house a wooded estate in the prime Stone Canyon Aire Viller over an acre of land surrounded by mature trees Lush Landscaping this huge Motor Court and the 10 car garage down below so come on let me take you inside and give you a tour of this incredible estate [Music] hi there and welcome I’m so excited to share this incredible listing with you here in the s canyon a biller you come in first of all and this this entire entryway has like basically almost 20 some foot ceilings all with glass so lots of natural light and it’s a very open floor plan you walk in and just immediately you’re swept into this main kind of family room kitchen junior dining room that opens with these incredible pocket doors to the outdoor space and remember you’re over an acre of land so you have the wonderful pool and it’s so Serene and quiet right now all we hear are the Ravens so you come out here to the pool lovely with the the grass and the stonework there are three fireplaces down here below with the sitting Lounge area and as you come up here we have a wonderful another outdoor dining area so when you enjoy the wonderful spring summer fall days and evenings in La you get this wonderful outdoor dining area plus a little lounge with yet another fireplace barbecue area sink so it’s a great additional area to entertain this is a really great house to entertain in and when you look at the back of the house really cool architecture the house was built in 1962 but the owners spent the last 3 4 years Remodeling and renovating the house so you’ve got cool older architecture but redone to the modern day style kind of a blend of traditional and modern styles together so you come back down this side and again it’s so nice to have this open flow into the house and you can’t even imagine how fresh and cool the air is right now coming from the backyard and again with an acre of beautiful Lush trees lots of fresh natural [Music] air so this is the main family room not the living room family room beautiful porcelain tile walls lovely fireplace with beautiful wood details and it’s a nice open space again with all the natural light from the ceilings and then here we set up a nice kind of Junior dining area for we want to entertain more casually wonderful breakfast bar area here to sit with your family and friends while you’re cooking and this kitchen is huge I wish I had a kitchen that’s nice you have storage there Pantry Pantry there a walk-in Pantry oh and this is so cool look at the size of this refrigerator and freezer it’s absolutely enormous right I would like one that big I think mine is like this size beautiful porcelain tile counters another breakfast area here which opens again to the outdoor you have two ovens the burners two dishwashers and a microwave and it’s all stainless steel Thermador appliances so that’s kind of the main area here which is coming into the family room kitchen junior dining area and the pool area outside so now I’m going to show you some of the more formal rooms in the house so one of the things I love most about the house is the open floor plan you come in from the family room kitchen eating area back into the entry foer again these high ceilings the glass ceilings I mean just even architecture all the lights and movement are so beautiful and this incredible wood door again everywhere you look beautiful Greenery so when you come in from there from here you now go into the formal spaces of the house so this is the formal living room on this side we have set up as a nice sitting area room for a piano to play piano wonderful more little formal living room area with a gorgeous porcelain tile fireplace nice and lots of recessed lighting and details and then you have your 12 person or larger formal dining room with the built-in wet bar and again greener on this side greener on that side but a huge space to entertain and have formal dinners aside from the Casual dinners in the other room you like that so we go back this way first we have a powder room right here beautiful Powder Room walk-in closet here for guests and you know when guests come to town sometimes they don’t want to be upstairs and you don’t want them to be upstairs so this is the fifth bedroom down on this level beautiful high ceilings again more picturesque views of greenery all the way around the beautiful wood floors throughout the house nice walk-in closet and a lovely spacious bathroom so so guests on the first floor easy comfortable and not obtrusive to you and your family [Music] upstairs so we’re now entering into the library office uh it was a bedroom at one point but they turned it into a library again more Greenery trees this really super cool velvet um French style wallpaper but you have a built-in desk area there desk area here wonderful Cabinetry on this side and you also have a bathroom here so what’s so great is when you you have a pool to have an actual pool bathroom so right off the pool you come in this gorgeous remodel bathroom with a full walk-in shower and the sauna and it’s a brand new Nordic sauna never been used so it’s fresh and ready for you to enjoy right so go to the pool come in the SAA and relax here at this gorgeous house in Belair one of the fun things about this library is this little secret door so you can be in your library relaxing but your family and friends are in the other room so just open the store and poof and voila back to the family room and pool area now that you’ve seen the first floor let’s go upstairs and look at the second level so isn’t this cool all this natural light and sunlight coming up it’s very architectural and very cool and this whole side of the house on the Upper Floor is all the principal Suite you have a little entry section this cool entry marble thing to put little art and curios and look at the size of this room I mean it’s absolutely enormous you have room for a king-size bed a sofa chairs Lounge area look at the high ceilings and the recess lights it’s really great and once again beautiful Greenery overlooking the pool everything you like this side we have the principal main bathroom all in beautiful white marble lovely tub nice walk-in shower and huge closet lots of space which even goes all the way down this way as well for Shoes and Handbags and then as we go on this side we cross the bedroom it’s nice to have two separate bathrooms right so you have another bathroom here which is more modern kind of darker colors walk-in shower separate toilet area once again looking over the pool and the outdoor barbecue and another big large walk-in closet as well so coming from the principal Suite on this side we have three additional bedrooms a powder room tub shower and this area another laundry room here on the top floor plus one on the lowest floor by the JY sauna and over here another gorgeous guest bedroom once again High ceilings recessed light nice big bathroom here as well all remodeled and another big closet this house has really nice closets which is important and as you sit here as I’m looking it just it’s so pretty and green you feel like you’re in the middle of like Connecticut or something that’s the Stone Canyon area Bel Air separate staircase going back down to the kitchen and over here we have two additional bedrooms once again another one with a skylight High ceilings lovely green views another closet here really cute bedroom that we have set up for couple of kids again once again High ceilings nice size full bathroom also remodeled and what’s really great about this floor and this side aside so we got guest bedroom one two and three and then for your guests or kids or anyone you got this this upstairs sitting Lounge study area which is so great overlooking the pool once again with all the natural light open down to the family room area so really great space that’s connecting all of these additional bedrooms how nice to had your own dedicated massage room this is in the lower level of the house you have the massage room right here and as you come this way you have a 3/4 bathroom so you can take a shower after your massage this is access to
